*grumble grumble*

So last friday as I was dropping off my little brother for his appointment at the dentist I had a small car accident. Oh and she also can’t speak English very well. So driving west on 6th street in Los Angeles and I was going to park on the street, so I make my way to the parking meter and all the sudden I hear a thump, so I go and park and see WTF just happened. I see that my passenger side of my car all scratched up (but not my bumper) and her front left bumper dented + smashed lights. Of course the other driver blames me for causing it when it was clearly her fault. Anyways, now I am looking at a 500 dollar deductible in the near future. Which makes me worry about having enough money to pay for the server all my stuff is hosted on. Sigh I hate real life.

Uhh what? If you weren’t at fault, I don’t see why this would even be a problem. Shoulda called the cops and had them handle it and/or deport her ass. Then her insurance (if she has any) would pay for it and you wouldn’t have to pay a dime. I mean… you shouldn’t have it. It wasn’t your fault. Even if I didn’t know what happened, just from assessing the damage you could probably tell that she hit you, not the other way around. It just wouldn’t make sense >

Jiggly: It looks like she doesn’t have any insurance from what I can tell, I couldn’t get her to give me ANY information regarding that, so now I left my insurance agency to take care of it.

Tanarri: Yes I need to stay home, no accidents that way :3
